A committee representing the Administration, Teaching staff and Gray New Gloucester Teacher's Association created the tools and processes to be used by all professional staff for the purpose of evaluating teachers.
MSAD #15 is currently working with the Reinventing School Coalition (RISC) in the study of performance based learning. We believe that the teacher evaluation tool will need to be addressed as we move deeper into this work.
